Consecutive Trips to State Championships
US Track & Field
In 2008, the US track and field team won the District and Regional Championship while finishing 7th at the State Championships. In 2009, the team finished 11th at the State Championships, capping a four-year run of US teams qualifying for the meet. Individually, several US athletes have set school records while earning both All-Ohio and All-America honors.
College Destinations for US Track & Field Athletes
US Track & Field athletes often continue their athletic careers. Recently, they have competed for these colleges:
Division I: Abilene Christian University, Butler University, Columbia University, Hampton University, Loyola New Orleans, Ohio State University, University of Pennsylvania, Syracuse University, College of William & Mary.
